Aquamation or "Water Cremation"

Aquamation, also known as "water cremation", is a water based cremation process that uses a heated water solution and pressure to break down the body contrary to traditional cremation that uses flames and heat. The process leaves behind a fine powder, similar to  traditional cremation remains. Aquamation is considered a more eco-friendly and gentle alternative to traditional flame cremation, using 90% less energy and producing no direct emissions of greenhouse gases since there are no fuels used in this process.
